This historic home was built in 1803 and is being kept as original as possible. Over two hundred years of life requires the occasional facelift however, so a new front porch and slab was in order.

The backside of the property had a fairly spacious addition pasted on in the eighties that did not meet our vision for the potential this property possessed.
With the previous addition removed work began to clean-up and restructure the basement slab and foundation.

Our vision is coming to life! The new addition has been framed up and back-filled. From this angle we can see the incredible two stories of curved windows rounding out the grand gathering room as well as the large picture window openings for the attached walk-out sunroom.

Roofing complete and windows in! Just the reflection of the sunset landscape behind is setting the scene. Wow.
